Orders and Cash on Delivery

We use your information to confirm orders, arrange delivery, keep order records, respond to questions and handle returns or refunds. Our payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). You do not need to send us card details, banking passwords, PINs or OTPs to place a COD order. If a refund is approved, we may request only the payment details needed for an agreed refund method through our support channel.

Your name, delivery address, phone number and order amount may be shared with a courier to deliver your parcel and collect COD payment.
