A good fit starts with the details on the individual product. Sizes and materials can vary between brands and styles, so this page offers general guidance rather than a universal size chart.

Before choosing your size

• Read the full product description and select one of the sizes listed for that item.
• Compare any supplied measurements with a similar garment that fits you comfortably.
• For bras, check both the band and cup information where provided. A band number alone does not confirm a cup size.
• Free Size describes a product's sizing category; it does not guarantee a fit for everyone.
• If measurements, cup size, stretch or fit are unclear, email us before ordering. We will help clarify the available product information.

Choosing a colour

Select the named colour or pattern shown on the product page. Photographs, lighting and screen settings may cause slight visual differences. A mixed-colour design is one option unless separate colours are explicitly listed.

General garment care

• Follow the sewn-in care label and the instructions supplied with the product; these take priority over general guidance.
• For delicate lace and padded pieces, gentle hand washing with mild detergent is generally preferable where the label permits it.
• Separate light and dark colours. Avoid bleach, harsh scrubbing and twisting delicate fabrics.
• Dry according to the care label, preferably away from direct heat. Do not iron lace, padding or stretch trims unless the manufacturer permits it.
• Do not wash a product while an order issue or return request is being reviewed; keep its labels and packaging.
