How do I place an order?

Open a product, read its description, select the available size and colour, choose a quantity and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your complete delivery address and an active phone number, then review the total before confirming.

How do I pay?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for supported addresses in Pakistan. Pay the order total in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the correct amount available.

What are your delivery charges?

Our current standard shipping charge is Rs 150 per order. The delivery option and charge shown at checkout apply to your order.

How long does delivery take?

The current standard delivery estimate is 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Verification, product availability, holidays, location and courier conditions can affect timing.

How do I choose a size?

Use the information on that specific product; sizing can vary between brands and styles. Do not assume that Free Size fits everyone. If measurements or size options are unclear, contact us before ordering. See our Size & Care Guide.

Will the colour look exactly like the photo?

Lighting and screen settings can affect how a colour appears. Choose the named colour option and check the product photos. If the listing is unclear, email us for help before buying.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before dispatch; changes may not be possible once a parcel has shipped.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Contact us before sending anything back. Requests are reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy. Hygiene restrictions apply to used or worn intimate garments; these do not remove applicable rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

What if my parcel is damaged or an item is wrong?

Keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number, a description and photographs where available. We will explain the next steps.

How can I track an order or contact you?

Use any tracking details supplied with your dispatch update, or email azmeer0979@gmail.com with your order number. Do not share passwords, PINs or OTPs.
